Synopsis:Repealing the designation of certain firearms as assault weapons; repealing the prohibition on certain persons transporting an assault weapon into the State or possessing, selling, offering to sell, transferring, purchasing, or receiving an assault weapon; prohibiting, with certain exceptions, a person from transporting an assault pistol into the State or possessing, selling, offering to sell, transferring, purchasing, or receiving an assault pistol; etc.
