Synopsis:Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to develop a bulk oyster tag for use by individuals licensed to catch oysters in the State; requiring the Department to authorize an individual to use a single bulk oyster tag to identify multiple containers of oysters harvested from a single bar on a single day; establishing requirements for a bulk oyster tag; and prohibiting the Department from requiring additional tagging of specified containers.
