Synopsis:Creating an exception to a specified statement of need requirement for the temporary relocation of an existing licensed residential child care program if the temporary site is located within the same jurisdiction as the site undergoing rehabilitation or within 10 miles of the original site and the rehabilitation of the existing site will be completed within 180 days or, if not, will be completed within a specified time period under specified circumstances; etc.
