 signup by 12:15 p.m. on the day of the hearing. If you have written testimony,
 please submit 16 copies to JPR staff by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
 The order in which bills are listed on the schedule is not necessarily the order
 in which they will be heard.

 Please Note: The Committee will receive testimony on House Bills from the Sponsor,
 the Sponsor's Designee or the Department, and limited proponents and opponents
 when appropriate. Written testimony is welcome. Witness sign-up will be available
