Repealing a provision of law specifying that an inmate who is serving a term of imprisonment for a third or subsequent conviction of a felony violation of Title 5, Subtitle 6 of the Criminal Law Article committed on or after October 1, 2017, is not eligible for parole until the inmate has served in confinement one-half of the inmate's aggregate sentence; etc.
