Synopsis:Establishing that, in the case of a debt related to a residential tenancy where the court has entered a judgment in favor of the landlord, an individual arrested on a certain body attachment and taken before the court or a judicial officer of the District Court is entitled to be represented by counsel, including, if the individual is indigent, the Public Defender or a designee of the Public Defender; etc.
