Criminal Law – Law Enforcement – Prohibition on Sexual Activity

Synopsis:Prohibiting a law enforcement officer from engaging in a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse with a person in the custody of the law enforcement officer; and providing a person found guilty of a violation of the Act is subject to imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine of up to $3,000 or both.
