Elective Franchise - Early Voting and Polling Places

Synopsis:

Authorizing the General Assembly to provide by suitable enactment a process to allow qualified voters to vote at specified polling places, and on specified days prior to specified election dates; providing that provisions of specified Acts of the General Assembly may not take effect; repealing provisions of law; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
