Providing that specified provisions of the federal Affordable Care Act
regarding preventive services apply to individual health insurance

insurer, nonprofit health service plan, or health maintenance
organization; repealing a provision of law applying specified
provisions of the Affordable Care Act regarding bona fide wellness
programs to specified health insurance coverage; etc.
