State Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the State Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund as a special fund to be used to support specified services for specified individuals with traumatic brain injuries; requiring the Secretary of the Department of Disabilities or the Secretary's designee to administer the Fund; requiring the Secretary or the Secretary's designee to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date each year; establishing eligibility for individuals to receive assistance from the Fund; etc.
