Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation, upon written application submitted by the estate of a deceased landowner whose land is subject to an agricultural easement and within 1 year after the death of the landowner, to release free of easement restrictions specified lots under specified circumstances.
