Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum number of Class B (beer and light wine), Class B (beer, wine and liquor), and Class BH (beer, wine and liquor) licenses authorized to be issued in Prince George's County; and providing that the additional Class B licenses authorized by the Act and issued under State law do not confer off-sale privileges.
