State Police Retirement System - Retirees and Beneficiaries of Retirees - Benefits

Synopsis:

Setting a minimum service retirement allowance for retirees and beneficiaries of retirees of the State Police Retirement System who retired by June 30, 1999, with 270 months of service credit; and increasing the service retirement allowance of retirees and beneficiaries of retirees of the State Police Retirement System; and requiring that specified increases be made before specified amounts are deducted.
