Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Facility for the Incarceration and Treatment of Sex Offenders; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; establishing that a member of the Task Force may not receive specified compensation, but is entitled to specified reimbursement; and requiring the Task Force to report to the General Assembly on or before a specified date.
