Entitled:
Maryland Clean Cars Act of 2007

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment, in consultation with the Motor Vehicle Administration, to adopt regulations by December 31, 2007, to establish a low emissions vehicle program applicable to specified vehicles; authorizing a modification concerning the applicability of the program to vehicles of specified model years; requiring the Department to establish motor vehicle emissions standards and compliance requirements; prohibiting the Department or any other State Agency from adopting a specified regulation; etc.
