Alcoholic Beverage Violations - Driver's License Suspensions

Synopsis:

Clarifying the elements of a specified alcoholic beverage Code violation concerning furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a person under the age of 21 years; requiring a court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration of specified alcoholic beverage violations; authorizing the Administration to suspend the driver's license of a person found guilty of specified alcoholic beverage Code violations; etc.
