Hometown Heroes Act of 2007 - Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Retirement Income of Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services Personnel

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for the first $5,000 of public safety retirement income received during a taxable year attributable to an individual's employment as a law enforcement officer or the individual's service as fire, rescue, or emergency services personnel; etc.
