Environment - Grading or Building Permit - Patuxent River Watershed

Synopsis:

Authorizing Anne Arundel County to issue a grading or building permit within the Patuxent River Watershed only under specified circumstances; establishing specified conditions for the approval of specified development plans by the Department; and prohibiting the construction, relocation, or enlargement of State, county, or municipal roads, buildings, or structures within the Patuxent River Watershed until plans have been submitted to and approved by the soil conservation district.
