Establishing the Walter Sondheim Jr. Public Service Summer Internship Scholarship Program at the Shriver Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; requiring the Shriver Center to administer the Program; establishing a process for eligible students to participate in the Program; requiring the Shriver Center to award specified scholarships subject to the availability of specified funds; limiting the number of scholarships that may be awarded in 2008 and 2009; etc.
