State Procurement Contracts - Living Wage

Synopsis:

Requiring specified contractors and subcontractors to pay specified employees specified minimum wage rates under specified State procurement contracts; providing exemptions and reductions in specified wage rates; requiring the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to alter wage rates based on a specified Consumer Price Index and to administer and enforce requirements with regard to specified employers; authorizing the Commissioner to authorize, by regulation, specified reductions in specified wage rates; etc.
