Renaming the State Board of Morticians to be the State Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors; requiring that an individual be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice funeral direction in the State; requiring the Board to establish qualifications, examinations, and experience requirements for licensing funeral directors; etc.
