Requiring a specified invoice and specified authorization of repairs form to include a specified notice about motor vehicle manufacturer warranty adjustment programs; requiring a manufacturer of motor vehicles sold in the State to establish procedures under which specified consumers receive notice of specified adjustment programs and, on request, are provided with specified information; requiring a motor vehicle manufacturer to ensure that a purchaser of a new motor vehicle receives specified notice at the time of purchase; etc.
