Establishing a Task Force to Study a Maryland Voluntary Employee Accounts Program; providing for the membership, chair, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Joint Committee on Pensions on its findings by December 31, 2007; and terminating the Act at the end of June 30, 2008.
