Commercial Vehicle Warranty Enforcement - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General, in conjunction with specified units of State government, to study specified issues relating to commercial vehicle warranty enforcement; and requiring the Consumer Protection Division to report the results of its study and recommendations to specified legislative committees by January 1, 2008.
