Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Civil Rights Commission; providing for the purpose of the Commission; providing for the membership, terms, and chair and vice chair of the Commission; prohibiting members from receiving compensation but entitling members to reimbursement for specified expenses in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations in the State budget; providing for the powers of the Commission; authorizing the Commission to apply for and receive specified gifts, grants, and donations; etc.
