Establishing the Voter's Bill of Rights; requiring the posting of the Voter's Bill of Rights, including specified documents, at each polling place on election day, and requiring that the Voter's Bill of Rights document be made available in a language other than English in specified precincts; requiring the Voter's Bill of Rights document to include instructions on how to contact local boards of elections for specified purposes; etc.
