Education - Student Discipline - Review of Local Policies and Procedures

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to review policies and procedures relating to student discipline, student suspension, and student expulsion in public schools; requiring the review to include specified information; and requiring the Department to compile information and to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2007.
