Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Agriculture Activity Center Expansion

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $675,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the construction, repair, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Agriculture Activity Center at the Agricultural History Farm Park, located in Derwood; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
