Synopsis:

Authorizing specified regulatory boards to investigate specified claims; continuing the State Board of Physicians in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board from July 1, 2007, until July 1, 2013; etc.
