Synopsis:

Altering the process for the appointment of specified members of the Task Force to Study State Assistance to Veterans; extending the date by which the members of the Task Force must be appointed to July 1, 2007; extending the dates by which the Task Force must report its interim and final findings and recommendations to specified officials to December 1, 2007, and December 1, 2008, respectively; and extending the termination date of the Task Force to May 31, 2009.
