Campaign Finance - Attribution, Receipt, and Deposit of Contributions

Synopsis:

Providing that specified contributions are attributable to a specified reporting period and election cycle; and providing that, for purposes of specified provisions of law, a contribution by electronic transfer or Internet transmission is deemed received and deposited when the contribution is issued by the contributor.
