Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Deale Elementary School Baseball Fields

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $125,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County for the planning, design, construction, and renovation of lights and field improvements to baseball fields, located in Deale; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
