Identity Fraud - Prohibition of Unauthorized Skimming and Re-Encoding Devices

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the unauthorized possession of devices known as re-encoders and skimmers to access, read, record, or otherwise obtain a payment device number or personal identifying information; prohibiting a person from using, in a specified manner, re-encoder devices and skimming devices for specified purposes; etc.
