Income Tax Credit - Visual Fire Alarm Systems

Synopsis:

Providing a credit against the State income tax for costs associated with the purchase and installation of specified visual alarm systems in specified qualifying structures; limiting the credit to the amount of a tax credit certificate issued by the Comptroller; limiting to $100,000 the aggregate tax credit certificates that may be issued for any taxable year; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2007; etc.
