Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services to adopt regulations requiring that a correctional officer hired on or after October 1, 2008, for employment in the Division of Pretrial Detention and Services or the Patuxent Institution be at least 21 years old, with a specified exception; etc.
