Synopsis:

Requiring specified persons that represent to the public that any unpackaged food that is sold or served is halal to prominently and conspicuously display on the premises a specified disclosure statement; requiring the Division of Consumer Protection of the Office of the Attorney General to develop and make available a form for the disclosure statements; requiring the disclosure statement to contain specified information; prohibiting the false representation of food as halal; etc.
