Synopsis:

Changing the definition of "stalking" to include a malicious course of conduct that puts another person in reasonable fear that a pet or service animal likely will suffer cruelty or aggravated cruelty; authorizing a District Court Commissioner or a judge in a specified protective order to order a respondent to remain away from or refrain from cruelty or aggravated cruelty to a pet or service animal or to give the pet or service animal to a specified person; etc.
