State Aid for Police Protection - Grants

Synopsis:

Requiring a specified grant for police protection to be paid from the State to each municipality that contains a specified institution of higher education with a full-time undergraduate enrollment of at least 20,000; and requiring a municipality to provide a specified matching fund for a grant received under the Act.
