Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Chip Implantation Prevention Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an employer from requiring, coercing, or compelling an employee to undergo the subcutaneous implantation of a Radio Frequency Identification chip; providing that a violator is subject to civil penalties; authorizing the Attorney General to bring civil actions; providing a civil cause of action for a specified employee; authorizing the recovery of actual and punitive damages, injunctive relief, and litigation costs; etc.
