Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law relating to the management of institutional funds; establishing the Maryland Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act; establishing a standard of conduct in managing and investing a specified institutional fund; authorizing a specified institution to appropriate for expenditure or accumulate so much of a specified endowment fund as the institution determines is prudent for specified purposes; etc.
