Granting the Department of General Services Police full jurisdiction and authority for the enforcement of specified laws as they relate to specified properties, including the surrounding areas of specified properties in Annapolis and Baltimore City; authorizing the Secretary of General Services to establish a specified police force to protect people and property in specified areas; repealing limitations relating to concurrent authority; etc.
