Increasing the salary of the president of the Washington County Board
of Education to $6,200; increasing the salary of other members of the
county board to $6,100; providing that the Act does not apply to the
salary or compensation of an incumbent president or member of the
county board; and repealing a provision that requires the members of
the Washington County Board of Education to have their compensation
paid in a specified number of installments.
