Synopsis:

Specifying that personnel needed in Howard County to carry out the duties of the Appointed Alcoholic Beverage Hearing Board and the Board of License Commissioners be included in the staff of the County Council and supervised by the County Council Administrator; and repealing provisions relating to a specified staffing requirement of the director of a specified agency in Howard County.
