Synopsis:

Requiring that as a condition of specified contracts for specified projects, contractors and subcontractors participate in specified health care programs; requiring that contractors and subcontractors provide specified proof of specified participation in health care programs to procuring agencies by a specified day; requiring contractors and subcontractors that are unable to participate in health care programs to make specified payments to the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; etc.
