Maryland Correctional Enterprises - Goods and Services

Synopsis:

Altering specified provisions of law relating to the sale of goods and services of Maryland Correctional Enterprises to allow goods to be sold to State employees; authorizing services of Maryland Correctional Enterprises to be sold on the open market if specified hearing and notice requirements are met and a specified determination is made by the Maryland Correctional Enterprises Management Council; and prohibiting the sale of goods and services of Maryland Correctional Enterprises for use in any political campaign activity.
