Workers' Compensation - Sole Proprietors - Coverage
Establishing that a specified sole proprietor is a covered employee
under workers' compensation law unless the sole proprietor elects to
be exempt from coverage; altering specified requirements for
submission of a specified form; and eliminating the circumstances
under which an individual is presumed to be a sole proprietor who is
not a covered employee.
