Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that designate selected positions and employees as being in the executive service or management service or as special appointments in the State Personnel Management System; altering the information that the Secretary of Budget and Management must provide to the Governor and the General Assembly; repealing a provision of law that designates individuals in specified positions in the management service or the executive service as special appointments; etc.
