Creating the Task Force on Public Health Risks Linked to Bullying; providing for the composition, chair and subcommittee chairs, and staffing of the Task Force; providing that a member of the Task Force may not receive compensation but may be reimbursed for specified expenses; requiring the Task Force to conduct hearings, review data and studies, and develop guidelines or make recommendations; etc.
