Entitled:
Criminal Law - Identity Fraud and Credit Card Crimes Against the Elderly or Persons with a Disability

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from committing specified identity fraud or credit card offenses against a person who is at least 68 years old or a person with a disability; establishing a penalty; providing that a conviction under the Act does not merge with a conviction for an underlying offense; and providing that a sentence imposed for a violation of the Act is to be consecutive to and not concurrent with any other sentence imposed for other crimes.
