Sexual Offenses - Polygraph Examination of Alleged Victims - Prohibited

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a State's Attorney or law enforcement officer involved in an investigation or prosecution of a sexual offense from requesting or requiring an alleged victim of a sexual offense to submit to a polygraph examination; providing an exception for alleged victims who request to take a polygraph examination or who previously made a false statement, report, or complaint regarding a sexual offense; etc.
